Nimodipine

I need information on nimodipine dosing. I have been prescribed this medication for bipolar ii. Any experiences? Reports I have read indicate 30 mgs. qid. I am on 30 mgs. bid. Please help. My understanding that this works better than verapamil, with fewer side effects. Dannen
