I've found that L-arginine (500-1000mg/d)and ginkgo biloba extract (240mg/d) eventually help if you take them regularly. They don't totally correct the problem, however, just lessen it. And like everything, or so it seems, this combo gets mixed results. Some people apparently get no benefit whatsoever while others do. It's worth a try, though. Just be sure to give it at least 10 days before deciding it doesn't work. And be sure to get ginkgo extract, not the herb itself. The herb is much less potent.
> About two and a half weeks ago my Dr put my on Buspar to counter sexaul SE from lexapro. When I first started taking the buspar at 15mg it made me sleepy and completely dingy. I couldn't concentrate and I couldn't focus. I forgot everything. Plus I was intolerable sleepy all day and night. So I cut my dose down to a half of a half. And tried to move up from there. I have fluctuated from taking a half of a half to the half at night. Trying to get my body use to the buspar.

I tried ginko biloba but wasn't sure how much I should be taking of it or if it would have any side effects. Any experiences at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
