I've been on Wellbutrin for most of 10 years.
What I've done is learned to live with my side effects and personal limitations, cuz nothing has been any better.
(Actually have been thinking about writing a book about how to do it, too.)Wish my hair wasn't falling out tho...that's especially lousy for a 29 year old woman. :/
