lexapro withdrawal and zoloft

Posted by Poqbod on March 14, 2004, at 19:13:45

I have been on lexapro 20mg for around a year, but my prescription has recently run out, and I lack the money to have it refilled ATM. For a couple days I've been experiencing some typical withdrawl symptoms from lexapro (extreme dizziness, etc.) I do however have quite a bit of zoloft left over from before I was on lexapro. I am wondering if taking zoloft temporarily will combat or lessen the lexapro withdrawl effects, & even if so, is this advisable? I'd prefer not to do anything dangerous, but i'm having a hard time thinking straight. =p
