what the treatment for a child with ODD?

and Autism and OCD..the list goes on. Poor kid he take ritalin and zoloft. But his ODD is getting so bad at 11 he is about to get kicked out of school. at night and in the morning he hoots and hollers. Is there a med course for
this?
