does anyone know whats happening 2 my body~pls

My left side has electric shock sensations like all my nerve endings are coming back to life ..a 'pins and needles' feeling and weakness also my left calf muscle twitches like crazy...this is happing all of the time
I'm 11th day off my last 37mg efexor..I knew what to expect but this fears me cause I get slight heart problems.
It could be the 20mg dose of Celexa that I started when I quit my 37mg efexor.??
My pdoc only works one day a week ( must be well paid)
