Day 4 on LEX, jumping out of my skin..help

I am on day 4 of taking 10mg of Lex and for the first time in my life I am having anxiety attacks. I feel like I am jumping out of my skin. My doctor said to try only taking 5mg.. what do the lex users recommend ? ?
