What medication would make one mute

I understand my uncle is under state mandated medication. They tell me he is a paranoid schziophrenic. They say he never talks and drools a lot. What type of antipsychotic medication would make one do that? Since he has a history of violence, they are medicating him where he is literally stupid. That seems scary too. Whew!
