Yes it can definitely be the Depo-I am worse on any type of FAKE progesterone. Provera and loestrin also contain it.It really worsened my menstrual migraines, too. I suggest that you read up on the fake progesterones. Prometrium is micronized natural progesterone but I don't think it has quite the same depressive, moody side effects.
