>Hi,
My diagnosis is treatment resistant recurrant major depression. I guess I would say I had a partial response to Celexa at 80 mg. We tried various augmentation strategies (Wellbutrin, Remeron, Strattera) with little or no affect. I have been on Lexapro for about 6 weeks now and have not noticed any changes.
I had been on the Celexa for over three years and I would say I had a very limited response for about two years. Next step is probably going to be an MAOI or ECT. I have had both before and I am not looking forward to either prospect.
Hope this info helps!
