I'm taking Parnate and whenever I have dental work done that calls for the conventional pain killer, I simply tell the dentist to give it to me without the epinephrine in it. Supposedly, the epinephrine enables the analgesic qualities to last longer, so several injections might be necessary over the course of the work. If the dentist can do the extractions and think that the pain level won't be great, and you can tolerate some discomfort, you could probably get away with an epinephrine-free injection. But I recall that extraction of wisdom teeth is a pretty intense affair so maybe the dentist will need to use some other analgesic.
I find that this area (MAOI and anaesthesia) is definitely the most difficult and complicated area of the MAOI restrictions. As a general rule, I'd put up with some pain to avoid having to stop and then re-start the meds.
