Buspar Side Effect =feeling manic and insomniac?

I have recently just started taking buspar along with my Luvox to counteract the sexual side effects. It worked for a while, but it was causing me insomnia, and was making me feel manic throughout the day. Yesterday, I quit taking it and actually feel better.
Has anyone else had this side effect with Buspar?
