Tiagabine, dose it work for GAD ?

I have pretty much run out of treatment options for my GAD/depression. My pdoc talked about giving me Tiagabine. Has anyone had any success with this med ?? I just finished a horrible trial of Manerix.When I reached 600mg and stayed at that dose for two weeks I experienced nausea and fatigue and became severly depressed. I was having major suicidal thoughts. Lowering the dose did not help the problems, so I had to stop the med.Would like your feed back.
