Effexor helped end my racing thoughts. Seroquel has given me great sleep and helped with mood, which of course is its true purpose. I would strongly agree with SadPanda that Remeron by far gave me the best sleep I have EVER had. Even splitting a 25mg tab into quarters worked. Too bad I had tremendous weight gain with it and had to stop taking it.
Give Seroquel a try. 100mg works for me.

Sleep for me is not restful at all. My Pdoc defined this "waking period" in the morning as phase 1 sleep. All of this has been much worse with the Abilify. I get much less deep sleep and I'm up later.
