It's a good solution for bipolars. I'm bipolar, possibly BPII, but my pDoc thinks more likely atypical BP. Seroquel does NOT make me spacey. That's the reason why I take it at night. The sedation effect works great for sleep.
Talk to your pDoc about it and weight the options...

I don't know, it's one of the atypical antipsychotics, but I thought he meant just to get me out of this manic thing and get restabilized. Sounds like you're saying seroquel is a long term solution? I'm afraid of being totally out of it.
