I tried to lower my dosage of Wellbutrin to 75mg...an I did well for a few days, but then some old anxiety symptoms resurfaced. So I doubled my dosage today an I've noticed that my speaking and thinking are delayed. This too will pass.

> Just wanted to know if anyone out there faced speech problems like me. My throat gets tight and I can't speak properly. It sounds nasally and very strange and I can't shake it. I even feel like I have a post nasal drip all the time, and make noises in the back of my throat like I have sinus problems. (I've been to docs who all say it's anxiety). this is freaky, because I don't know how to fix it, and my job requires me to speak a lot. I'm hitting rock bottom here. any suggestions on how to open the throat? by the way, I'm also on 20 mg celexa, and take 2 mg of ativan daily. I don't think this is medication related because I've had this before before being medicated.
