Lexapro at 10mg just doesn't do it for me, either. Lexapro didn't really start to work until I went up to 15mg, and I've been unable to go back down to 10mg without losing the benefits. Anyway, for me, the difference between 10mg and 15mg is the difference between night and day. Maybe something to consider... As far as side-effects go, SSRIs just aren't sex friendly, but Lexapro hasn't been too much of a problem. Drugs are not a panacea, but they keep my head above the water. They've given me a chance. Diet, excercise, and CBT are all just as important to my happiness, but minus the Lexapro it would all be pointless.
