Kxo,
Perthaps you are right. My eating habits used to be generally weird. I wouldn't eat excessively, all the time, but when I did eat I usually preferred some kind of extremely fatty fast food in large amounts. I dont know if this is anxiety related, or simply related to being raised on mcdonalds. I also use my extremely high metabolism as an excuse to enjoy these types of foods, as I am far from overweight. (Not the ideal excuse, I know). Anyway, to my point...If the "lack of appetite" I am experiencing is really just my normal appetite, minus the anxiety controlling it then I seriously don't require much food intake.
I am 20 years old. I used to skip breakfast, eat a large lunch, be starved by dinner and eat a good amount then, and then maybe a snack later on. Now I'm at the point where I find me forcing myself to simply eat lunch because I think I should eat, and even when I do this I can barely finish a small sandwich and a bag of chips. Then once dinner rolls around......IF i'm even hungry at all I dont eat a whole lot. Forget any kind of snacking...food just doesn't interest me at all lately.
I definitely feel that some of this is due to the anxiety relief I am experiencing, but I cannot help but think that something else is at play in regards to taking the Klonopin, but perhaps I am wrong.
