I took it (the lowest dose, I think) to counter the cognitive side-effects I was having from Zoloft. It seemed to help a little, not a lot. My pdoc then switched me from Zoloft to Remeron; it was a good switch -- worked great for my depression/anxiety; no cognitive side-effects (did gain weight though, can't win 'em all.)

Incidentally, I saw your other post above about Adrafinil. I tried that too -- got horrible headaches from it. Stopped taking it after a few days; the headaches were definitely tied to the drug. Provigil (Aricept) didn't do that to me.
