Hi, my husband has been on Prozac for about 6 years for OCD and mild anxiety and depression. He's also tried Paxil and recently Effexor. For him so far Prozac has worked the best and he's now back on it. The only thing is that he'll still get a bit of anxiety and depresion once in a while. I'm going to have him try a heavy duty multi and some Bach Rescue Remedy from the health food store for that.
