Effexor xr + Remeron

Have been on Effexor xr and 15 mg of Remeron for about 10 days. Doc increased my Remeron to 30 mg.
Forgot to ask how long it might be until I notice a change? Anyone know ? I have uni. dep. and am doing much better, but still have a ways to go.

Also, I'd appreciate it if the anti- Effexor people would not use this thread to tell me that I'm going to die due to the effexor.
