I think I made a mistake....

I did a really dumb thing. I tried to stop taking the Lexapro cold turkey. I have been off of it for 3 days. Today I have been very dizzy and can't stop throwing up. I think I am gonna start taking it again. I don't like the withdrawal symptoms and maybe I should just give it a try since I have only been on it like 22 days. Will being off of it for 3 days slow down my progress?
