I am on Efexor XR 225mg & Remeron 30mg. Remeron for me reverses most of the Efexor side-effects & after using it for about 2 months it reduced my sleep from 12 hours to 8 hours a day & I wake up refreshed. Only problem with Remeron is lots of people get increased appetite & overeat while on it.
