tinnitus and Lexapro

Have any of you had tinnitus with Lexapro or Wellbutrin? The high pitched squeal in my ears started a few days ago and seems to be getting louder until it seems deafening. I have read that SSRI's can cause this. Do I need to stop taking this, or is there something you have found to stop it. The Lexapro has really worked well and I don't want to give it up.
