It's difficult to make even a tentative guess since your son has a wide constellation of symptoms--both physical and emotional--and I think most people on this board would feel more inclined to talk about the emotional/psychological issues. On the other hand, it's very possible that all of his symptoms are interrelated; emotional turmoil could also be triggering the physical symptoms.
The only thing I feel halfway "qualified" to guess at, is that your son has exerienced night terrors. It was found that the drug Klonopin (Clonazepam) has been quite effective in treating this disorder, as well as epileptic seizures. Unfortunately, I doubt if this drug would be appropriate for a one-year old.
Perhaps it could be safe in minuscule doses, but even then you should do whatever you have to do to get a doctor(s) who are qualified to diagose his condition without playing guessing games.
