I would rate its brand name as sounding like an alien warlord in a B-rate science fiction movie ("I AM LORD SYMBYAX, BOW DOWN AND FORSAKE ALL OTHERS BEFORE ME!)", and its innovation factor somewhere between "lame" and "none".
I do not understand why someone would lock themselves into a fixed ratio of olanzapine:fluoxetine when you could titrate them individually; unless lining Eli Lilly's pockets counts as a reason.
"Look, instead of coming up with novel drugs, we'll just throw two of our cash cows into one capsule! Psst ... ignore the fact that there is generic fluoxetine!"
