I've been on 10 mg for about 3 weeks. When I went on, I was in strict diet/exercise mode in an effort to lose the last 15 lbs. from having a baby. The scale's been steadily going down for months, but within days of starting the Lexapro, my weight's been heading steadily back up. I'm eating well and exercising regularly. Very frustruating -- will the weight gain end?
