headaches: went away in a couple of weeks.
Fluish: Cleared up in a few weeks.
Shoulder and muscle pain and tightness: gone after a few massages and a few weeks.
Sleep: helped by seroquel.I haven't had the others, but the above poster may be right that your titration sounds a little quick. You might have less trouble at 12.5/week. I went at about 7/week for a while. It just may not be the right drug for you, but it may be worth discussing the possibility of a retrial with your pdoc. Good luck.
