As far as weight-related side-effects are concerned, if anything, I've LOST weight (a happy little coincidence for me). This seemed to about through a lack of appetite. I just had no interest in food. 4 months later, this symptom has alleviated itself, but not 100%. I like food again, but don't feel I need it too often. Sometimes I won't eat for over 24 hours and it hardly seems to matter. Needless to say, while I HAVE lost weight, my slimmer physique hasn't exactly given me the healthiest aspect. I look a little gaunt. To counteract this, I've started working out and making sure that when I DO eat, I eat right. Finding that I've quickly acquired a healthier glow. Watch what you eat and be sure to exercise.
Also, while I am much less scattered on Strattera, I just haven't felt that the med has delivered on effectively treating my ADD. I still can't really get things done, but I do get closer. As for the host of other side-effects you'll encounter, some may prove to be VERY intense and uncomfortable, but don't sweat it. They dissipate fairly quickly. Just be sure to take your meds regularly or risk the recurrence of several of these side-effects, albeit for a much shorter duration. Good luck!
