My first thought would be that you are experiencing med-induced bipolar symptoms (not sleeping, cleaning)so adding a mood stabilizer was a good idea. It would appear it is either not working for you or you need to taper down on the Zoloft or quit it entirely and add another mood stabilizer such as Lamictal or an AD such as Wellbutrin which supposedly shouldn't make you cycle. There are many cases and many theories that ADs can add to bipolar symptoms although many psychiatrists seem to be completely oblivious to this theory, mine included.Bring it up with your pdoc and see what happens and I hope you begin to find some answers. Sorry you are suffering.
