I have a MDD, GAD, dysautonomia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Raynaud's phenomenon. The dysautonomia is called neurally mediated hypotension and it triggers the cfs. I had to stop exercising because of it. After I had stopped exercising for a about a year the Raynaud's recurred. They interact with each other but I don't think there's any single cause.
