Hi Susan,

While I'm not on Zoloft I had a similar experience when I started on Lexapro. Some SSRI's cause insomnia, but it seems to go away after a couple of weeks. With Lexapro it took 4 wks to go away, when I was on Prozac it took 2 wks before I could sleep through the night.

In the meantime you might try Tylenol PM or Benedryl. I've heard that both are very effective for insomnia. Good luck to you.
