I'm a young person and it would be nice not to have to give up drinking entirely, though. I was just curious if anyone knows a way to minimize the impact drinking has for me. I get very depressed two or three days later, even if I only have 1 beer. Just wondered if there's anything that might help. Anyone have any suggestions other than AA???

Sorry JonW:Sometimes when you have a hammer you look for a nail to strike.
I know that Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) helped me avoid hangovers, but did little to avoid the increase in depressive onset as the result of drinking alcohol.
I hope that helps you.
