Well, if it's not out of the normal range, I wouldn't worry too much. If you're very concerned, maybe buying a cuff or taking your BP at a store (if they have a machine) could help.

I had the same problem with Effexor (off of, Thanks be to the department upstairs) and it was scary. never left the normal range, though.

I'm currently taking Lamictal (3 wks 50 mg) and the stimulating effect has been helpful. I'm prone to sedation.
