It will get better. I am living proof. If you just read my posts from last 2 weeks you'll see. I had all of those yucky sh*t feelings and more. I wanted to kill myself more than ever just to alleviate the nausea, pain, distress, flu-iness, head buzzes and million other horrifying feelings.
The worst came between day 4 and 9 of withdrawing. Just keep yourself busy. Try not to think about it. i found that going out and getting a whiff of cold air (-40 wind in my case..eastern Canada) really helped me forget the feelins. Repeated Deep and long breaths helped sometimes. Too much heat did NOT help. Eating, even though you feel nauseated to the pit, helps too. I found my other symptoms worse when I hadnt eaten at all for hours. And very important...sleep lots and lots. it really helps clear out the system, also, i guess, one doesnt feel much while sleeping :). just sleep whenever you can....it might be hard but try.Its been 2 weeks now and I'm free finally.
It may take longer depnding on how much of that crap you took and for how long.so go get some fresh air and stay away from anything that might make you feel sick (like bumpy car rides, confined spaces, too much stress)
Good luck
