Hi, everyone. You can skip to the second paragraph, if not interested in the background stuff. I haven't posted here in a while because I've been doing OK. OK, but not good or great. Then yesterday my husband was laid off, and now I need to look for a job for myself, plus deal with his moods and raise a family. I am currently taking 200mg WB-SR first thing in the morning. I was taking 150 in the morning and 150 at night, but I had a problem with constant REM sleep, which left me sleepy and even more forgetful during the day. I have an appt with my PCP, and I am sure she'll be willing to increase my WB-SR dose, but I'd like to walk in there with an idea of what might work. I also have my first ever appt with a PDOC in a month, but I need to try for a little boost NOW. I am also running or doing the elliptical 4x a week, which is probably the only thing really helping me now, as I am on such a baby dose of WB-SR.
So, what is the optimal time of day to take WB-SR and avoid sleep disturbances? For example, could I suggest to my PCP that I try 200mg at 7:00 and then 100mg at, what, 2:00 pm? 3:00pm? I go to bed around 10. Or, 150mg and 150mg? It's not like my PCP doesn't have a mind of her own, LOL, she's great, but she does not have as much experience as PCPs I went to in other cities I have lived in.
Cheers...
