Hi everybody-
I was looking at my lorazepam, and then I decided to look it up on the web and see what there was to see about it online, what information I could find out and such. Well to my surprise every description I could find was that the tablets look like this:
Ativan 0.5 mg tablets are white, five-sided tablet with a raised "A" on one side and "WYETH" and "81" on reverse side.
Ativan 1 mg tablets are white, five-sided tablet with a raised "A" on one side and "WYETH" and "64" on scored reversed side.
My .5 tablets are white, ROUND, and have a M attached to a P above a 6 on one side and nothing on the other side. the 1mg are also round and have a M on one side and "321" on the other side.
this is freaking me out and making me paranoid. Please tell me that it's just because my pharmacy is giving me generic pills or something but they're charging my insurance a LOT of money for my meds so I think they aren't generic.
It is really hard to talk to my pharmacist because it is at the University and there is no privacy, dozens of students lounging around while I try to get my drug cocktail.
Thanks,
Deirdre
