Excellent suggestion, Vandy!!
I have something else that I tell others ( and remind myself).
It's so much nicer to look up at the trees, the sun, the blue sky, and the birds , rather than the dirt, the pavement or just my shoes.
And I hope things go better for you Lexy. I'm still thinking about you.
And everyone else too!
