Umm, I believe there was a thread exactly like this about 2 days ago.. scroll up ;-). Anyhow, I've only had experience with dogmatil (sulpiride) and 150mg/d seems to be a rather effective dose for anxiety/depression and this is the dosage I've seen used in about every clinical trial. I think this equates to a 75mg dose of amisulpride. The only reason I used sulpiride is because it was all I could get my hands on w/o a script. I'm now on a benzo and a stimulant just cause I was tired of having to order the stuff from overseas; this combo seems to help just as well with my dysthymia, inattentive ADD, and social phobia..
