>Usually I take mine after or along with a meal. I"ll have some yoghurt in the morning along with fruit and orange juice and take mine then.
Then for the evening dose I take it after dinner. I've been told that protein is important with Geodon, so taking it with cottage cheese would
be a good idea. Sorry I can't offer more.
