xanax withdrwal

I have been taking xanax for over a year now. Not a high dose. I started at .5 and now am at .25 a day. I take 20 mg of Celexa a day. The xanax is supposed to be on a take as needed basis but I love it. But I want to stop. Today is day 2. I can't sleep. Am I addicted to xanax?
