With most meds it seems to depend on how long you were taking it. Thats my experience. 10 mg zyprexa I took for over 5 years, I decreased to 7.5 mg and the withdraw lasted months. Depakote I only took for 1 year, I stoped it all at once and had no withdraw. It seems to be an adjustment issue.
