SSRI Equivalency anyone?

Is there anyone out there who knows the equivalencys between the SSRI's? For example, 20 mgs prozac=40 mgs paxil <example
Im on 300 mgs of luvox and i was wondering what the equivalent of that would be to all the other SSRI's
