Yes. it fell right off in a month. I didn't have to loose very much, so I guess the more you have to go, the longer it will probably take. But the loss was effortless. I didn't do anything special except eat more! I don't know if this will be the case for everyone - we're all different - but yes, it is possible to lose it.
