I'm beginning to wonder if fluorescent lights have anthing to do with it. Do you have incandescent or fluorescent bulbs at home? Fluorescent bulbs are a source of "pulsating" light which is different from incandescent which is closer to natural light. Personally I like the natural light, but as I replied earlier I think that is because I feel less "enclosed".
