Hi,
While I don't have any experience tapering off of Effexor I wanted to write and offer some support. I'm sorry that you're having such a difficult time right now. Going through withdrawl while nurturing two children can't be easy, and I admire that you seem to be managing well under the circumstances.
Good luck in quitting Effexor. I've read several posts that mention tapering off it in ways similar to what you're doing now, so you seem to be doing it right. Hopefully the withdrawl symptoms will subside soon. You're in my prayers.
