Doug,
If your primary condition is ADHD, it appears that you are on some pretty unconventional medications. Typically, people take stimulant medications like Adderall, dextroamphetamine, pemoline, methylphenidate (Ritalin), or the newly released Strattera.
Abilify does the pharmacological "opposite" of what ADHD medications do, and unless you have significant anxiety or panic attacks, benzodiazepines that you are taking are likely to be of little benefit.
Could you talk a bit more about the conditions you are being treated for?
