I'm under mind numbing stress right now, so I'm beggining to wonder if that might be what's causing them. Has anyone else had such pains as a result of high anxiety? If so, what has helped?

Do they last long are do they just happen and go away very quick. iam sure your probably getting migraines. if so I use Relpax which works wonders within 15 minutes. Truly a good drug which does its job. Are you taking anything for your anxiety? They last less than one second, but occur repeatedly (every minute or so), and can be completely absent for a few days. I think I'm nervous for a very good reason. I'm currently a college student, studying physics. Recently, however, my mathematical thinking has gone WAY down hill, and I've become fiercely depressed. I fear that I'm losing my mind and will never be able to continue my studies.
