Matt,
I was clumsy and a bit ataxic at first, too. It went away by, I think, the third or fourth week. Sexual side effects took longer, but are better now too. I am about to go from 45mg to 60mg. Have you noticed any increase in SE's at 60? I'll keep you posted how it is for me once I start (waiting on a mail order).
