I know what you are saying and appreciate your point of view. But when I have these constant thoughts saying "you will have infinte pain if you don't touch this tree" etc etc I feel it is an abberation and needs to be squashed. The thoughts are ego-dystonic, and they create pain for me. They intrude my mind when studying. Affectively, I am doing OK, I agree. But I can't accept these thoughts...they hurt at times. And sometimes, I do have to limit my lifestyle because of residual anxiety...I am not content with that, and you shouldn't be either. We both deserve the best Roland.

Thanks for your comments, I do appreciate all views.

Take Care friend,
Andrew (ace)
